Qualifications

• Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in mechatronic/electrical systems design.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership or team lead role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of electrical and mechatronics engineers.
• Architect and integrate electrical systems, power electronics, control systems, and embedded hardware for autonomous platforms.
• Plan and manage multiple projects on time with high quality results.
• Guide rapid prototyping and bench testing of electromechanical subsystems.
• Collaborate with software, mechanical, and flight teams for seamless integration.
• Implement best practices for design, documentation, testing, and validation.
• Ensure electrical systems comply with safety standards, aerospace specs, and EMC guidelines.
