Job summary

Babcock Australasia in Auckland is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major maritime projects from scope through delivery within the Fleet Platform team based in Devonport.

You will coordinate across engineering, commercial, supply chain and operations, manage baselines, budgets, risks, and governance-ready documentation, engaging senior stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-value outcomes.

Qualifications

• Lead multidisciplinary maritime/defence programmes from scope to delivery.
• Develop robust project baselines, schedules, and budgets.
• Engage senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Ensure governance-ready project documentation.
• Proactive, commercially aware and delivery-focused.
