Job summary

Downer is seeking an experienced ITS Operations Manager to lead the delivery of Intelligent Transport Systems projects in the Wellington region. You will oversee operations, resource management, and commercial outcomes while championing Downer’s Zero Harm culture and strong stakeholder relationships.

You will guide project teams, partner with clients and contractors, and shape regional strategies for safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes across multiple contracts.
