The role focuses on leading independent investigations into misconduct and fraud, managing whistleblower cases, and strengthening enterprise controls.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in law or related fields, strong integrity, and the ability to present findings to diverse audiences while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience investigating serious misconduct, fraud or integrity breaches.
• Ability to triage whistleblower matters and govern cases.
• Preserve and analyse evidence to legal/regulatory standards.
• Strong ability to report findings to leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead independent investigations into misconduct, fraud and integrity breaches.
• Manage whistleblower matters including triage, governance and reporting.
• Preserve, analyse and document evidence to legal standards.
• Prepare high quality investigation reports and recommendations.
• Provide insights to leaders on systemic risks and controls.
• Partner with Internal Audit on risk indicators.
• Support engagement with regulators, law enforcement and parent company governance.
• Promote fraud and corruption awareness; reinforce speak-up culture.
