Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking an experienced Lead, ICT Operations based in Auckland CBD. The role will travel to Wellsford project site offices if the role goes permanent. You will lead ICT planning, delivery, and support across multiple project sites to ensure secure, reliable operations.

Reporting to the State Manager, you will manage budgets, vendor performance, and stakeholder engagement, while ensuring cyber security and governance compliance across projects. NZ residency or rights to work is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of ICT support experience in a multi-site environment.
• Experience managing ICT infrastructure and network environments.
• Proven track record in project delivery and ICT implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, delivery, and optimisation of ICT infrastructure and services across multiple project sites.
• Manage ICT site mobilisations and demobilisations, including deployment of networks and end-user technology.
• Oversee ICT budgets, forecasting, procurement and vendor performance.
• Act as primary ICT liaison, providing updates to operational teams and senior management.
• Ensure cybersecurity, governance, and regulatory compliance while managing ICT risks.
