Zusammenfassung

Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities is seeking a Manager – Community Engagement and Partnerships to shape meaningful community relationships and regional partnerships. You will lead a high performing team, engage with community stakeholders, and support regional engagement, community development and placemaking strategies.

You will provide strategic advice, identify key relationships, manage risks, and contribute to Regional Plans reflecting community needs.

Qualifikationen

• A wealth of experience leading highly skilled, high performing and engaged management and professional teams in a multi-faceted and demanding environment.
• Knowledge and experience working collaboratively with the wider Auckland community, with strong regional networks.
• Engagement qualifications such as IAP2 or equivalent, with demonstrated experience in engagement and community development.
• Sound understanding of Aotearoa's social housing and property sectors, with interest in public sector structure and systems.
• Role modelling partnership obligations under Te Tiriti o Waitangi with high emotional intelligence.
• Travel across the Auckland region with a full current New Zealand driver's licence.
