New Zealand Clinical Research is seeking a Research Nurse Team Lead to guide and support a dynamic Nursing Team in clinical trials. You will lead, train and ensure high standards of patient care and regulatory compliance across our NZCR operations.

Key requirements include a BSN, NZ Nursing Council registration and practising certificate, plus at least two years of clinical nursing with prior supervisory experience. This is a full-time, fixed-term role in Auckland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) and NZ Nursing Council registration.
• Current Nursing Council of New Zealand Practising Certificate.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Experience in staff management at Team Leader/Supervisor level.
