Job summary

SRG Global is seeking a Blaster Painter Supervisor for the Bay of Plenty, New Zealand. The role involves supervising 2–8 workers on site to maintain assets such as penstocks, tanks and bridges, with a focus on safety and quality. You will report to the BOP Project Manager and travel as required within the region.

The position is full-time with a company vehicle for work use and long-term career growth within SRG Global’s global team.

Qualifications

• NZ driver’s license (full)
• 1–2 years blasting painting experience in industrial field
• Experience with industrial coatings, epoxy, concrete coatings and repairs
• Experience managing staff on site
• Quality Assurance experience
• Excellent communication skills
• High health and safety compliance track record
• Ability to travel regularly for work
• Certification in IRATA, NACE, confined spaces and working at height an advantage

Responsibilities

• Supervise teams of 2–8 workers on site to maintain assets (penstocks, tanks, bridges).
• Report to the BOP Project Manager and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Coordinate activities to sustain plants and industrial assets across Bay of Plenty.
