InterGroup is seeking motivated Blaster Painters to join our growing team across NZ projects. This hands-on role involves applying protective coatings and surface preparation to a high standard, in a safe and quality-driven environment.

You will work on diverse industrial projects, with hours from early morning through late evening. Minimum 2 years in blaster painting and a strong commitment to health and safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in blaster painting.

Responsibilities

• Surface preparation including sanding and abrasive blasting.
• Preparing steel and other substrates for coating application.
• Applying industrial coatings, including intumescent and fireproof coatings.
• Operating and maintaining blasting and painting equipment.
• Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.
• Keeping work areas clean and organised.
