Job summary

Republic of Singapore Yacht Club on the West Coast of New Zealand seeks a Waiter/Waitress & Bartender to manage bar operations and deliver exceptional beverage service. You will engage with guests, prepare mise en place, and ensure high standards of service.

The role requires knowledge of alcoholic beverages, wines and spirits, and skilled bar service with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Minimum 2 years experience and GCE O' Level expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in bar/restaurant service.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare duty schedules based on business forecast.
• Supervise bar staff and maintain high beverage service standards.
• Provide professional, friendly, efficient service to guests.
• Maintain inventory and control of bar stocks and equipment.
• Assist in training bar staff to meet required standards.
• Receive and seat members/guests and deliver Food & Beverage service.
