Job summary

Qualifications

Proven expertise and experience in the Learning Languages learning area, education, and curriculum, resource and assessment design.
Expertise in knowledge rich curriculum and the science of learning to support quality education outcomes.
Strong stakeholder relationship management skills across education and government sectors.
Excellent analytical skills to lead complex analysis, business cases and advisory work.
Ministerial writing skills; clear and professional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Lead development of teaching and learning resources within the Learning Languages area.
Provide credible advice, insights and guidance on a range of initiatives.
Collaborate with curriculum design teams, senior leaders and the wider group.
Translate frameworks and standards to support curriculum design and high-quality resources.
Lead research activity, manage change initiatives and ensure quality outcomes for learners.
Mentor, coach and build capability across the organisation.
