Job summary

Rocket Lab in Mahia, Hawke's Bay, is seeking an Electrical Technician - Launch to join the Electron team. Based in Mahia, you will play an integral role in all launch activities, building, testing and maintaining critical launch systems with a tight-knit team of technicians and engineers to enable high-rate launches at LC-1.

The role demands an NZ electrical license with no restrictions, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• NZ electrical license with no restrictions.
• Computer literate and able to understand basic programming.
• Able to read, understand and follow detailed schematics, drawings and instructions.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Capable of working under pressure and to strict deadlines.
• Team player with willingness to learn and assist as needed.
