Job summary

Tiaki Wai - Wellington Water is seeking an Engineer - Land Development Strategy and Planning for our Petone Office. With a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and at least 5 years post-qualification experience, you will shape new developments to support sustainable, resilient water infrastructure.

You'll work with developers, councils and internal teams, providing expert guidance on land development, consenting and environmental planning, and you may work full-time or part-time in a flexible hybrid

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in Three Waters, Land Development, or Surveying.
• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil).
• Working knowledge of the Resource Management Act and district planning procedures.
• Knowledge of Three Waters Engineering Standards and Specifications.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service ethos.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
