Job summary

We Can Landscape Limited in Auckland is seeking motivated Labourers to join our team across sites around the Auckland region. The roles offer ongoing training and development, with a minimum of 30 hours per week and an hourly rate of 26 NZD.

Expect hands-on landscaping duties, travel between multiple locations, and a supportive team environment. This full-time/permanent position requires reliability, physical fitness, and a willingness to learn as you contribute to high-standard outdoor spaces.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• General landscaping and property maintenance work.
• Lawn mowing, edging, trimming and general lawn care.
• Clearing leaves, branches, green waste and other debris.
• Digging, moving soil, compost, mulch and other landscaping materials.
• Loading, unloading and transporting tools, equipment and materials to and from work sites.
• Maintaining gardens, outdoor areas and surrounding property areas to a high standard.
• Operating and maintaining basic landscaping equipment and hand tools safely.
• Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe.
• Following workplace health and safety procedures.
• Working at different customer sites as required.
• Cleaning and carrying out minor repairs
• Assisting on site Managers and Supervisors on daily site tasks
• Managing on-site materials
• Using power tools and machinery when needed
• Other general labouring roles as required and directed by the supervisor.
