Groundswell Landscaping – Queenstown, South Island is expanding and we’re seeking a reliable Landscape Labourer to join our Queenstown team. This hands-on role covers a range of high-end residential projects; you don’t need to be an expert—just some professional outdoor experience and a desire to learn and grow.

We offer full-time hours, a supportive team environment and varied work across Queenstown’s premium properties. A full, clean manual driver’s licence is required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Some professional experience in landscaping, gardening, construction, agriculture, or a similar hands‑on industry

• A strong work ethic and willingness to get stuck in

• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather

• Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team

• Good communication skills and a positive attitude

• Full, clean manual driver’s licence – this is a must

Bonus Skills – Preferred but Not Essential:

• Experience using landscaping or gardening machinery

• Agricultural chemical experience (Growsafe certificate a bonus)

• Heavy machinery experience or WTR endorsement

• Previous horticultural experience
