Job summary

Saul Recruitment is seeking an MSP/Cloud engineer to work on modern cloud and security projects in Auckland. You will provide Level 2/3 support across client environments, run discovery sessions, design solutions, and deliver cloud/infrastructure projects with a strong emphasis on security and modern workplace deployments.

You’ll collaborate with clients, travel to sites as needed, and contribute to documentation while pursuing certifications and career growth.

Qualifications

• Proven MSP experience across multiple client environments.
• Experience with cloud migrations and modern workplace deployments.
• Experience with Intune/Autopilot and Azure.
• Microsoft certifications or working towards them.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience delivering cloud and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and 3 engineering support across client environments.
• Run client discovery sessions and design/architecture (L3).
• Deliver cloud and infrastructure projects (L3).
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Visit client sites when required.
• Act as a technical advisor to clients.
• Contribute to improving documentation and internal systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing Level 2 and 3 engineering support across client environments
• Running client discovery sessions and solution design/architecture (L3 Role)
• Delivering cloud and infrastructure projects (L3 Role)
• Troubleshooting complex technical issues
• Visiting client sites when required
• Acting as a technical advisor to clients
• Assist on security projectsContributing to improving documentation and internal systems
