Craigs Investment Partners is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join the People and Performance team on a 12‑month fixed term contract based at our Head Office in Tauranga. You will design and implement training programs that elevate employee performance and drive a culture of continuous learning.

You will collaborate with Leaders and the P&P team to assess development needs, translate them into practical programs, and monitor effectiveness to support our business

Qualifications

• Experience in L&D, preferably in finance or regulated industries.
• Ability to design and implement training programs.
• Strong collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
