Kmart Whakatane NZ is seeking a Store Inventory Manager to lead stock flow and team, working across back-of-house and the sales floor to ensure stock is received, replenished and available for customers. This hands-on role focuses on accurate processes and strong inventory performance.

You'll drive efficiency with a sharp eye for metrics, partner across the store, and contribute to a positive, inclusive culture while supporting ongoing leadership development and career pathways within Kmart

Kmart Store Inventory Managers are critical to our success, leading from the front and working alongside their teams every day. They play a key role in ensuring stock is received, replenished, controlled and available when customers need it, driving efficient stock flow from back of house to the shop floor. This is a highly hands‑on role, with leaders actively supporting their teams across both the back of house and the sales floor, ensuring operational processes are executed safely, accurately and consistently. Store Inventory Managers thrive in fast-paced environments, coaching team members, driving process excellence and delivering strong inventory, compliance and store performance outcomes.
