Kmart Aotearoa is seeking a Duty Manager to lead store operations in Rotorua. You’ll support store leaders across in-store processes, drive efficiency, and ensure high presentation standards. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership and delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment.

The schedule is Sunday to Wednesday, 3:30pm to midnight, totaling 32 hours weekly, with opportunities for development and career progression within Kmart Group and Wesfarmers.

As a Duty Manager , you’ll support Kmart store leaders across key in-store processes, helping drive efficiency & operational excellence. Supporting management strong presentation standards across the store. Contributing to the successful closing of the store, ensuring all end-of-trade tasks are completed accurately and safely.

What you’ll be doing

Working a Sunday to Wednesday roster, 3:30pm to midnight across 32 hours per week.
