Kmart Aotearoa is seeking a full-time Duty Manager to support store leaders and drive efficiency across in-store processes. You will help ensure accurate end-of-trade tasks, uphold presentation standards, and contribute to safe, smooth store closures.

This role is Tuesday to Saturday, 3:30pm–midnight. You’ll lead by example, motivate the team, and make timely decisions while collaborating with Managers. A growth mindset and resilience are essential in our fast-paced retail environment.

As a Duty Manager , you’ll support Kmart store leaders across key in-store processes, helping drive efficiency & operational excellence. Supporting management strong presentation standards across the store. Contributing to the successful closing of the store, ensuring all end-of-trade tasks are completed accurately and safely.

What you’ll be doing

This role is a full-time position, working a Tuesday to Saturday roster from 3:30pm to midnight. Duty Managers support our extended trade operation. Please consider this roster prior to applying.
