Kmart Aotearoa is seeking a Duty Manager to support store leaders and drive efficiency across key in-store processes in Auckland. You will contribute to end-of-trade tasks, presentation standards, and safe, accurate closures.

The role calls for hands-on leadership and a strong focus on operations and customer service in a busy retail environment. Ideal candidates bring proven leadership in retail, a growth mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver results.

Lead. Inspire. Deliver. As a Duty Manager, you'll support Kmart store leaders across key in-store processes, helping drive efficiency & operational excellence. Supporting management strong presentation standards across the store. Contributing to the successful closing of the store, ensuring all end-of-trade tasks are completed accurately and safely.

What you'll be doing

• Leadership & Motivation - Lead by example through a hands-on approach, working alongside team members to provide support, foster collaboration, and motivate individuals to achieve shared goals and high performance.
