Job summary

Kmart Aotearoa is seeking a dynamic Department Manager to lead store teams and drive excellence in merchandising, replenishment and customer service across our Auckland store. You will mentor peers, use data to improve processes, build strong internal relationships and foster a safe, compliant, high-performance environment while delivering outstanding results for Kiwi shoppers.

Requiring strong product knowledge and the ability to adapt to changing priorities, whilst ensuring a safe and compliant store environment through effective process execution and team leadership.

As both process leaders and implementers of key business initiatives, they confidently navigate complexity to keep the store running smoothly and deliver strong results.
