Qualifications

• Strong product knowledge and the ability to adapt to changing priorities, whilst ensuring a safe and compliant store environment through effective process execution and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Motivation - Lead by example through a hands-on approach, working alongside team members to provide support, foster collaboration, and motivate individuals to achieve shared goals and high performance.
• Strategic Thinking - Address process breakdowns with speed and attention to detail, using data, metrics, and benchmarks to drive effective solutions.
• Relationship Building - Share information transparently to avoid surprises and involve others where appropriate to achieve individual and team goals.
• Operational Excellence - Focus on both processes and outcomes, continuously improving ways of working by adapting methods to eliminate inefficiencies and wasted effort.
