Snax - Auckland CBD is hiring a Kitchen Assistant / Kitchen Hand to support both kitchen and front-of-house operations in a casual role. You will assist with food preparation, assemble menu items, and help serve customers in a busy fast-food environment.

Must have NZ experience; willing to work evenings and weekends; on-the-job training provided, staff meals or discounts offered.

Qualifikationen

• Must be legally eligible to work in New Zealand.
• Previous hospitality or fast-food experience is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Must have New Zealand work experience.

Aufgaben

• Assist with food preparation including chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients.
• Prepare and assemble menu items according to Snax standards.
• Pack and fulfil customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and service area.
• Operate POS system for taking and processing orders.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and fast service.

We are looking for an energetic and reliable Kitchen Assistant / Service Crew member who can support both the kitchen and front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation including chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients
• Prepare and assemble menu items according to Snax standards
