• Following production, food safety and quality procedures.
• Working safely around food-processing machinery and equipment.
• Handling and moving product throughout the production process.

• Checking product and identifying anything that does not look right.
• Maintaining good housekeeping and hygiene standards.
• Working with your team to achieve daily production requirements.
• Following instructions from Crew Leaders and Supervisors.
• Speaking up and stopping when something is unsafe or incorrect.

About the Role

We are growing our Weekend Production Team and have multiple Process Worker opportunities available across different areas of our Rawside operation at our Mangere manufacturing site.

This is a permanent part-time position working:

Day Shift: Friday and Saturday, 6:00am to 4:30pm (20 hours per week)

Night Shift: Friday and Saturday, 4:30pm to 2:00am (18 hours per week)

These are hands‑on positions in a busy food manufacturing environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are essential. You will work alongside a supportive team, with your contribution playing an important role in ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently.

Depending on the area you join, your role may involve preparing raw materials for production, decartoning meat, supporting the seasoning process, operating production equipment, racking product onto oven trucks, moving product through the production process, or unloading cooked product.

Whether you already have experience in food manufacturing or are looking to build your skills in a large‑scale production environment, we are looking for reliable and motivated individuals who are comfortable with physical work and committed to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
