Fantail & Turtle is seeking talented chefs to join our Takapuna kitchen at Junior Sous Chef or Chef de Partie level. The team focuses on a modern Pacific-inspired menu in a high-volume setting, guided by our Head Chef and a strong culture of growth.

We offer flexible rosters including 4-day work weeks, free meals, discounted gym membership, and ongoing development opportunities in a fiercely independent, family-owned venue on Smales Farm.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in high-volume kitchens.
• Experienced and reliable with strong work ethic.
• Able to thrive under pressure and maintain quality.
• Currently in NZ with flexible rosters.

Led by Head Chef Dinesh PM, our kitchen delivers a pacific inspired, produce-driven menu, made for a high-volume venue that takes its food seriously (without taking itself too seriously).
