We are looking for a passionate and motivated Junior Chef to join our kitchen team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves food, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and wants to develop their skills alongside an experienced kitchen team.
As a Junior Chef, you'll help with the day-to-day running of the kitchen, preparing fresh food to a high standard and supporting the team to deliver a great experience for our customers.
Key responsibilities include;
Preparing ingredients and assisting with food preparation
Cooking and plating dishes to Mix'd standards
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe kitchen
Following food safety and hygiene procedures
Supporting the senior kitchen team during busy service periods
Contributing to a positive and hard working team environment
Qualities;
Previous experience in a similar role in a busy, fast-paced kitchen is a must
Passionate about food and keen to learn
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
A positive team player with a great attitude
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and public holidays
