Responsibilities

• Prep, Service, Station Mangement: prep, manage stock levels, orders, and ensure high-quality execution of dishes during busy service, serve and explain stories behind the dishes to guests.
• Guide junior kitchen staff fostering a positive, collaborative environment.
• Maintain food safety controls and health standards.

Prep, Service, Station Mangement: prep, manage stock levels, orders, and ensure high-quality execution of innovative, contemporary Samoan dishes during busy service, serve and explain stories behind the dishes to guests, contribute in all areas of kitchen support as needed.

Team Leadership: Guide junior kitchen staff fostering a positive, collaborative environment.

Food Safety: Maintain food control plan and impeccable health and safety controls.

Requirements

Proven Kitchen Experience: Minimum 1 year experience as Senior Chef de Partie at premium or fine dining restaurant.

Skills & Drive: Strong foundational technique, passionate and dependable. Works well within a team as well as independently.
