Job summary

Brittain Wynyard & Co Ltd, a family-owned NZ business with a diverse sporting and lifestyle portfolio, is seeking a Junior Merchandise Planner. You will support forecasting, reporting and data accuracy across multiple brands and systems.

The role suits a recent graduate in finance, accounting, business or analytics, or a candidate with 2–3 years' experience. Excellent Excel skills and a proactive, curious mindset are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in finance, accounting, business, analytics or a related field, or around 2–3 years' experience.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with ability to work with data across multiple systems.
• Proactive and able to learn new tools and processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly reports using Excel, Qlik and other reporting tools.
• Support forecast sheets and planning data across systems.
• Update product and planning information across Accredo, NuORDER and Qlik.
• Identify discrepancies, investigate issues and fix problems promptly.
• Collaborate with brands and divisions to provide reporting and analysis.
• Leverage data to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
• Suggest smarter, more efficient ways to complete tasks, including AI-powered tools.
