Job summary

New Era Technology, Inc. is seeking an on-site IT helpdesk professional to be the first point of contact for education-sector IT issues at Napier client sites. You will work face-to-face with users, manage the ticket board, and deliver strong customer service.

You’ll document issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and complete daily timesheets while staying current with product knowledge. Must be a NZ citizen or permanent resident and hold a NZ driver’s license.

Qualifications

• NZ citizenship or permanent residency required.
• NZ Driver's License (Full or Restricted) required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support via various channels.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by clients.
• Document and track client issues using a ticketing system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams and follow up until resolution.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and timely support.
