ZURU is hiring a Junior IT Support Engineer in Auckland to provide day-to-day local and remote IT support across NZ and AU. You will work with the IT team to assist end users, manage devices, and support service desk operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT support experience or strong entry-level technical capability.
• Familiar with Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
• Basic networking and endpoint support understanding.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.

Responsabilités

• Provide local and remote IT support for NZ, AU, and other regions.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and user access.
• Manage laptops, desktops, printers, meeting rooms, and office IT equipment.
• Operate in a shared support ticket pool with Senior IT Support Engineers.
• Triage tickets with timely updates, troubleshooting, and escalation.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding, device setup, and account configuration.
• Collaborate with IT Shared Services for remote tasks.
• Maintain IT asset records and support documentation updates.
• Support office IT operations and user experience improvements.
