Job summary

FCM Travel in Auckland is seeking a dynamic account manager to grow sales within our corporate client base, analyze customer trends, and build strong relationships.

You will keep customers informed about new technical product availability and confidently present to clients both face-to-face and online, helping us deliver tailored travel solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Travel Industry is essential.
• Account management or customer relations experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships.
• Ability to articulate knowledge about products and services to customers leading to enhanced sales and growth.
• Proficient user of MS products – particularly Excel and Power Point.
