Job summary

Flight Centre NZ is seeking a Corporate Traveller specialist for a fixed-term contract from October 2026 to June 2027. The role focuses on delivering high-quality corporate travel support, building strong client relationships, and providing expert travel advice.

The team operates Monday–Friday with no weekends or nights, offering a hybrid Auckland-based option or remote opportunities for those outside Auckland. A dynamic, globally connected culture supports learning and development.

Qualifications

• Previous consulting experience in corporate travel is essential.
• Excellence in customer service with agility in a changing environment.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to manage a high volume of bookings.
• Knowledge of travel and airfare/change processes; VTP payment knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a small Monday–Friday team (no weekends or nights).
• Provide first-class customer service to clients and build relationships.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and provide travel advice.
• Actively develop client relationships.

We have an exciting fixed-term contract in our Corporate Traveller Team, October 2026 - June 2027

Our Corporate Travel Managers think outside the box, are self-driven and able to adapt to any emergency or change. This industry is always changing, every day a new rule, a new crisis, new hotels, or destinations. It’s challenging and high pressure, but completely rewarding —and we wouldn't change a thing!

If you're based in Auckland, then we have a beautiful office in the city and offer Hybrid working and an amazing culture!

If you're based outside of Auckland, then we offer remote opportunities! We have an incredible, fully developed remote community and hold regular events and celebration nights to get together and connect with your team.

About the role

• Work closely as part of a small and focused Monday to Friday team (no weekends or nights)

Skills and Experience (what makes a great Flightie!)

• Previous consulting experience in corporate travel is essential
• A track record of excellence in customer service & the ability to be agile in an ever-changing environment
• A sharp eye for detail and accuracy & the skill to manage a high volume of bookings
• Great knowledge of travel and the desire to achieve results
• Strong airfare / change processes knowledge, the use of VTP as a form of payment would be a plus
• The ability/desire to connect and communicate with a remote based team
