Briscoe Group is seeking an experienced IT professional for an on-site Level 3 support role in Morningside. The six-month fixed-term contract runs from October through March, with a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, supporting a busy retail network.
You will handle day-to-day systems work, manage IT infrastructure, apply patches and contribute to project activities across stores and the distribution centre. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills are essential.

You’ll be an experienced, self‑directed systems generalist who can balance varied priorities with advanced technical support in a fast‑moving environment.
To be successful in this role, you would have recent experience in SAP, Windows Server, Active Directory, Networking, Firewalls, Linux, Virtualisation, IT Security and Retail Experience.
