Ara Poutama Aotearoa - Department of Corrections is seeking an IT Programme Coordinator to join the Infrastructure & Digital Assets team in Wellington. You will support a broad portfolio of digital initiatives, coordinate governance, and ensure plans and financial information are well managed.

You will report to the Corporate Systems Manager and work with Programme and Project Managers to keep milestones on track.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated programme coordination experience with strong organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including minute-taking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project and Visio.
• Knowledge of project methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2) and Azure DevOps.
• Strong attention to detail and experience maintaining accurate records.

• Maintain programme documentation, track actions and milestones.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and external vendors to progress projects.
