You'll provide strategic analysis and insights that inform technology investment decisions, monitor demand and capacity, and work with stakeholders to align delivery with the university's priorities and future

Qualifications

• Experience in portfolio planning, resource management, demand management, or business performance analysis within an IT environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex information into practical insights and recommendations.
• Experience supporting planning, prioritisation, and decision-making across multiple projects.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and business teams.
• A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic analysis and insights to support informed decision‑making for IT investments and delivery.
• Offer visibility of demand, capacity, resources, and delivery performance to support governance and portfolio planning.
