Te Aho o Te Kura Pounamu (Te Kura) seeks a strong intermediate or senior Business Analyst to join the ICT team. The role delivers project management and business analysis services from concept to completion, ensuring ICT initiatives are well planned and aligned with organisational needs.

You will liaise between ICT and stakeholders, work with vendors, and collaborate with developers, testers, and service desk staff to deliver effective technology solutions across the organisation.

Formación

• At least five years' experience as a Business Analyst, Test Analyst, Team Leader, or similar role.
• Relevant degree, certification, or work experience pertaining to project management or business requirements gathering (Prince2, PMP, Agile, Lean)
• Experience gathering and refining business requirements and managing development and testing phases to ensure alignment with organisational and ICT requirements.
• Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, suppliers, or service providers.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle, analysis, test execution, and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver project management and business analysis services from concept to completion.
• Drive the delivery of innovative technology solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.
• Act as a key liaison between ICT and stakeholders across teams, including vendors.
• Collaborate with network and cybersecurity specialists, developers, testers, and service desk professionals to deliver effective technology solutions.
