Cin7 is hiring a senior IT and Compliance leader to oversee our corporate IT environment, SOC 2 compliance, and global audits. You will partner with Security, Engineering, and RevOps to maintain reliable, well-governed systems and drive continuous improvement across the tech stack.

You will lead onboarding/offboarding, identity & access management, and cloud-first endpoint management while coordinating across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading IT operations in a scaling SaaS/tech org.
• Proven people leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience leading SOC 2 compliance and audits.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and SSO/MFA.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategy, daily operations, and continuous improvement of CIN7's corporate IT environment.
• Oversee IT lifecycle, onboarding/offboarding for global staff, and access provisioning.
• Own corporate identity platform, access controls, and MFA implementation.
• Manage SaaS portfolio, licensing, renewals, and vendor onboarding.
• Design and oversee IT general controls, evidence collection, and remediation.
• Collaborate with Security and Engineering leaders for policy and governance.
