Job summary

ACC Investments is seeking an Investments Technology Strategy Manager to set the strategic direction and long-term capability roadmap for investment systems, data platforms and analytics. You will lead the technology and data architecture, ensuring robust, scalable and secure platforms aligned with ACC strategies, reporting to the Head of Investment Operations.

This is a senior role spanning investments, technology, data, risk and finance, with collaboration across stakeholders to sequence

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in institutional investment management.
• Experience delivering technology and data strategies for investments.
• Proven ability to lead senior stakeholder discussions and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term investment technology, data and systems strategy.
• Define target-state architecture and technology roadmap for ACC Investments.
• Establish governance for investment systems, data architecture and risk.
• Ensure platforms are scalable, secure and fit for purpose across the lifecycle.
• Lead prioritisation of strategic technology investments with business value.
• Drive automation and modernisation to reduce operational risk.
• Provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Identify emerging technologies and market practices to enhance capability.
• Build strong partnerships across Investments, Technology, Risk and Finance.
• Lead and develop a high-performing specialist team.
