Job summary

ACC New Zealand invites an Investments Technology Strategy Manager to set the strategic direction for investment systems, data platforms and analytics across ACC Investments. You will provide leadership and ownership of investment technology and data architecture, ensuring robust, scalable platforms aligned with ACC's strategies.

The role reports to the Head of Investment Operations and spans investments, technology, data, risk and finance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience within an institutional investment management environment.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end investment processes and supporting systems.
• Experience leading investment technology strategies and roadmaps.
• Senior leadership experience across investment systems and data.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term investment technology, data and systems strategy.
• Define and maintain target-state architecture and roadmaps for ACC Investments.
• Establish governance for investment systems, data architecture, cyber resilience and risk.
• Ensure investment platforms are scalable, resilient, and secure across the lifecycle.
• Lead prioritisation of strategic technology investments balancing innovation and value.
• Provide trusted strategic advice to senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
