Job summary

AsureQuality is seeking a practical, organised professional to join the Inventory & Logistics team in Auckland. The role focuses on customer order fulfilment, picking, packing and dispatch, working with third‑party logistics providers and maintaining accurate inventory records.

You will handle stock checks, CoAs where applicable, and assist with stocktakes while delivering reliable customer communication and administrative support across the order process.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch, order fulfilment, stores, inventory or warehousing.
• Good computer skills and confidence using multiple systems.
• Microsoft Excel skills and accurate data entry/record keeping.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage queries professionally.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise and manage multiple orders.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders for consumables.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Coordinate dispatch through third-party logistics and courier providers.
• Respond to customer order queries and complaints, escalating when needed.
• Maintain accurate order, dispatch and inventory information in systems.
• Receive, check, store and issue inventory as required.
• Check stock batches, expiry information and CoAs where applicable.
• Support stock rotation and inventory control practices.
• Provide order and dispatch information to support customer invoicing.
• Complete general admin and record-keeping for orders and inventory.
• Assist with stocktakes and inventory checks.
• Maintain clean, organized inventory and dispatch areas.
• Work with internal teams and service providers to resolve issues.
• Support other Inventory & Logistics activities as required.
