Job summary

Based in Winchester, South Canterbury, our client is a well-established manufacturing business seeking a reliable dispatch and QA assistant. You will ensure products are correctly identified, labeled, documented, and prepared for delivery in a busy workshop environment.

Ideal candidates have a current forklift license, strong computer and data-entry skills, and can read basic technical drawings. NZ work rights are required, with a temp-to-perm path and long-term opportunities.

• Maintain accurate records and inventory information
• Work alongside workshop staff to ensure products are dispatched correctly and on time

Based in Winchester, South Canterbury, just 15 minutes south of Timaru, this is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business during their busiest period of the year. About the Role

Working within a busy engineering workshop, you'll play a key role in the dispatch and quality assurance process. You'll be responsible for ensuring products are accurately identified, checked, labelled, documented, and prepared for delivery. This role would suit someone from a dispatch, logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing background. Experience in engineering is not required, but strong attention to detail and confidence using computers is essential.

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 5:00pm
