Job summary

Farmquip Ltd is seeking an experienced Inventory Coordinator to monitor and manage inventory across the yard and warehouse. You will coordinate with suppliers, price check materials, and maintain ERP systems to ensure smooth production and delivery flows.

The role requires strong organisational skills, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a team. A forklift license is preferred, and NZ residency in Hawke's Bay is required with start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Strong organisation and time management skills.
• Reliable and shows up every day.
• Advanced computing skills with Excel and purchasing software.
• Good communicator and team player.
• Physically fit and able to lift.
• Inventory and store management experience.
• Forklift license or ability to obtain.
• NZ resident in Hawkes Bay and available to start asap.

Responsibilities

• Checking and receipting in all inwards goods and stock transfers
• Working with suppliers to price check materials and ensure Farmquip are receiving the best price and service
• Ongoing systems management internal ERP
• Maintain a neat and tidy yard/warehouse
• Picking and dispatching of cattle yard systems
• Picking and packing a wide range of butchery supplies
• Complete all paperwork requirements for outward good deliveries – including for freight companies and our own Farmquip truck
• Communicate with customers and freight suppliers to organise and co-ordinate deliveries
• Count and process rolling stock take requirements
