We are seeking an organised and proactive Inventory Controller Wards to join our Supply Chain team in Hawke's Bay.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of ward and sub-inventory management across the hospital. You will be responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, minimising inventory discrepancies, and supporting the continuity of clinical services through the effective management of ward stock, asset-tracked inventory, and replenishment processes.
Working closely with Clinical Product Coordinators, Purchasing, Warehouse Inventory Controllers, Charge Nurses, and ward staff, you will help ensure the right products are available at the right time to support patient care.
The Distribution team supports the delivery of healthcare services across Hawke's Bay by ensuring products and supplies flow efficiently throughout the hospital environment. The team works closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to maintain effective inventory management practices that support excellent patient care.
You are a customer-focused inventory professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for improving processes. You enjoy working with people, building relationships, and solving problems in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
