Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Nelson Marlborough invites an experienced Interventional Cardiologist to join Nelson Hospital. The role includes 24/7 STEMI care, a 1:6 general on-call roster, and a broad interventional and general cardiology practice within a supportive team.

You will work with advanced imaging modalities such as FFR, IVUS and OCT, contributing to a high-quality acute cardiac service and multidisciplinary collaboration focused on patient-centred care.

Qualifikationen

• Sub-specialist training recognised by cardiac society in invasive cardiac procedures and percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).
• Fellowship of the Australian and New Zealand College of Physicians (FANZCP) or equivalent required or equivalent eligibility.
• Eligible for Annual Practising Certificate and vocational registration of Cardiology with the Medical Council of New Zealand.

• Provide interventional cardiology services including 24/7 STEMI care.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for acute and general cardiology duties.
• Contribute to a high-quality, patient-centred cardiac service with imaging and electrophysiology support.
