Job summary

Vulcan in Auckland is seeking an Internal Sales Representative to join our branch. This hands-on sales role will build customer relationships, convert enquiries into orders and help drive branch growth with full product training provided so you can sell with confidence.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.00 am - 3.30 pm. You will sell by phone and email, prepare quotes, upsell, handle stock enquiries and support branch administration to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Retail, trade, industrial or distribution sales experience.
• Proven track record of building customer relationships and delivering results.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
• Strong attention to detail in quotes and orders.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Positive, driven attitude and willingness to learn our products.
• Eligible to work in New Zealand.
• Pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol test.

Responsibilities
