Job summary

Faith Landscape, an Auckland-based landscape construction business, seeks an experienced Internal Auditor to strengthen internal controls across its landscaping and construction operations.

You will assess financial, operational and compliance processes, identify risks, and support continuous improvement. The role requires hands-on auditing across procurement, project costs and asset controls within a growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, Finance or related discipline.
• Experience in internal audit, risk assurance or financial control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and judgement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform internal audits across financial, operational and administrative activities.
• Review procurement, supplier and subcontractor processes for compliance.
• Assess project costs, expenditure and budget management against approved plans.
• Identify control weaknesses and recommend practical improvements.
• Prepare clear audit reports with findings, risks and management responses.
• Follow up on management actions and monitor implementation.
