• Relevant professional experience in internal audit, risk assurance, or financial control.
• Sound knowledge of internal auditing principles and risk management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to prepare clear audit reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a risk-based internal audit programme covering financial, operational and administrative activities.
• Identify risks and assess internal controls, segregation of duties, approvals and verification procedures.
• Review expenditure, purchasing, supplier and subcontractor payments, project costs and payroll processes.
• Maintain comprehensive working papers, audit findings and follow-up records.
• Communicate audit findings constructively with management and staff.
