Droga5 Auckland, part of Accenture Song, is seeking an Intermediate Art Director to join our Auckland Creative team. You’ll develop bold, culturally relevant ideas across clients and campaigns, collaborating with Copywriters and a multidisciplinary team to bring ideas to life across channels.

This role suits a 4+ year veteran of a creative agency who is eager to deepen craft, sharpen conceptual thinking and grow within one of New Zealand’s leading creative studios.

Qualifications

  • Approximately 4+ years' experience within a creative agency environment.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and a highly developed visual eye.
  • Ability to solve creative problems with compelling and effective ideas.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong craft, creativity and visual storytelling.
  • Strong attention to detail and high creative standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of design, photography and production processes.
  • Organised, proactive and motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Comfortable contributing ideas and presenting work within a collaborative creative environment.
  • A passion for creativity, culture and producing work that has impact.

Responsibilities

  • Developing strong creative concepts and visual ideas across a range of briefs, clients and campaigns.
  • Translating ideas effectively across social, digital, experiential, content and traditional channels.
  • Collaborating closely with Copywriters, Designers, Strategists and Production teams to deliver integrated creative work.
  • Contributing proactive creative thinking for both existing and prospective clients.
  • Presenting and articulating creative concepts internally with confidence.
  • Supporting creative development from concept through to execution.
  • Attending shoots and assisting with creative direction where required.
  • Building strong working relationships across the agency and contributing positively to team culture.
  • Creating work that is creatively ambitious, strategically sound and culturally relevant.

Droga5, part of Accenture Song, is looking for a talented Intermediate Art Director to join our Auckland Creative team.

This role is focused on developing bold, effective and culturally relevant creative ideas across a broad range of clients and campaigns. Working in partnership with Copywriters and alongside a multidisciplinary creative team, you'll help bring impactful ideas to life across multiple channels and mediums.

The Role Will Include
