Job summary

New Zealand Police is seeking an Intelligence Training Advisor at Team Leader level in Wellington. You will develop and deliver intelligence training to practitioners, champion continuous improvement, and lead collaboration with senior police leaders and external stakeholders to enhance decision making and frontline effectiveness.

You will also champion learner-centric, blended training programmes and foster partnerships across the Intelligence Training team and wider police community.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering intelligence training programmes.
• Proven delivery of scenario-based and blended learning.
• Experience with senior Police leaders and external stakeholders.
• Recent frontline policing experience and understanding of current practices.
• Current CPK at the vacancy rank or equivalent.
• Agree to enrol in a leadership programme at the advertised level.
• CEP qualification or Career Progression Framework alignment.
• Education qualification to be obtained within 6 months of appointment.
